In-Person Notary Service
Notary services are typically provided in person. Clients are required to appear with valid identification for notarization.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required
- All signers must be physically present
- Documents should be complete but unsigned prior to notarization

- Some passport, OCI, renunciation, and consular matters require notarized documents
- Clients may arrange their own notarization if preferred
- Notary services, if provided, are charged separately
- Drafting of affidavits or declarations may also be billed separately where applicable
Pricing
Notary-related service pricing depends on the type of document, number of signatures, document preparation needs, and whether additional drafting is required.
Notary fees and document-preparation fees are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Photo & Signature Upload Assistance
Certain applications and supporting documents may require properly formatted photo or signature files meeting specific upload requirements.
Service Fee: $35 – Formatting and resizing support for required photo and signature uploads as per applicable specifications.
