​​Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

• ​A valid passport plus a photocopy of the information page.
• Complete Online Application. (Please ensure that all information is accurate, once the application is submitted it can no longer be edited). (DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENT).
• Complete Additional Particulars Form.
• Complete Additional Religious Undertaking Form
• For Non-USA  passport holders, an Additional Form for Non-US Nationals, with a permanent address from the country that issued your passport, must be completed.
• Completed Visa And More Order Form.

• One passport photo, color and 2″ x 2″. (Note: photo must be taken without eye glasses)
• Copy of Driver’s License.
• Proof of legal status/residency in the United States. (Copy of EAD/Green Card)
• Copy of itinerary or airline tickets.

IMPORTANT
                   Persons of Indian Origin have to provide the proof of surrender of Indian                                               Citizenship known as Renunciation of Citizenship. 
                   If you have not renounced it yet Visa And More can help you.


Business Visa

• A valid passport plus a photocopy of the information page.
• Complete Online Application. (Please ensure that all information is accurate, once the application is submitted it can no longer be edited). (DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENT).
• For business applicants, a business letter on your company’s letterhead.
• A Letter of Invitation. 
• A Letter of Incorporation. The company in India must also provide a copy of its Letter of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies in India.
• Completed Visa And More Order Form.

Processing fees per person: (U.S. citizen pricing.  For foreign national pricing, please contact us.)
Consulate Fees:
Tourist Multiple Entry:             $220.35 for 5/10 years *
Business Multiple Entry:          $195 for 1 year
                                                     $305 for 5 and 10 years *

There is also a $5 money order fee.
* (Please note: Your passport must have 2 side-by-side pages to qualify for a five-year visa).
* (Please note: The duration of the visa is up to the discretion of the consulate ).

Please Note:
Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with the valid I-94 card.
Non-U.S. Nationals and Non-Resident/Visitors in the USA must fill out this Additional Form 
​to be submitted with your visa application.
Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
Please include a Visa And More order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.

Requirements for Minors

• ​For children ages 17 and under, a completed and signed Parental Authorization for Minors form.
• Both parents must sign the minor’s passport application. (The Minor Applicant does not sign the application.) Signatures must be notarized.
• A notarized copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
• A copy of both parent’s passports. If either parent does not have a passport, then a copy of that parent’s birth certificate or naturalization documents are required for minors:
