We will provide all the related documents, copies, information for preparation of application/petition or any other purpose for which the order is being placed. We authorize them to handle the copies whether digital or hard copies, original passports and other related documents in connection with preparation of documentation. We do not authorize Visa And More to disclose any information to anyone that may come across to them during the documentation process.
This form also advise Visa And More of the type of service you are requesting, the departure date of your trip, and the return address for mailing the completed documents, in order to properly process your requested service.
