Visa Requirements for Tourist and Business Travelers

Please send the following:

• A valid passport
• Complete Online Application (must be notarized)
• 1 color passport size (2”x2”) photo, (must be taken within last 6 months)
• Copy of Driver’s License (must be notarized)
• For tourist applicants - Copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
• For business visa applicants, a business letter on your company’s letterhead
• For business visa applicants, a Letter of invitation from Foreign Ministry(emailed or original)
• Completed Visa And More Order Form
• Non-US passport holders must send a copy of their green card or US visa with valid I-94 card.
