Visa Requirements for Tourist and Business Travelers

Please send the following:

• A valid passport
• Complete Online Application (must be notarized)
• 1 color passport size (2”x2”) photo, (must be taken within last 6 months)
• Copy of Driver’s License (must be notarized)
• For tourist applicants - Copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
• For business visa applicants, a business letter on your company’s letterhead
• For business visa applicants, a Letter of invitation (emailed or original)
• Completed Visa And More Order Form.
• Non-US passport holders must send a copy of their green card or US visa with valid I-94
• card.

All children age 17 and under must travel with legalized minor application forms, 2 notarized Applications,
2 passport photos, copy of notarized Birth certificate and copy of both parent’s Driver’s licenses. Please
use this link for the Brazilian Authorization Form for a minor.

Appointment is required to get a Brazil visa.

The Australian, Canadian, Japanese and US Citizens are eligible for e-Visa  provided 

• They intend to go to Brazil as a Visitor (for Business, Tourism, Transit, Journalism, Sport Activities, Artistic Activities, Seminars or Conferences, Cultural Program, Scientific Program, Research Activities, Studies, Crew member, Voluntary activities, Fiance'(e) or spouse of a Brazilian citizen, or Short Term Medical Treatment).
• Their stay in Brazil will not exceed 90 days.
• They hold an Australian/Japanese/Canadian/US passport.
